Getting to Know Each Other and
Navigating the Process
Your first contact with Mercer Advisors will be with a member of our M&A Partner Development Team, which is responsible for starting the conversation with potential partners.
If there is mutual interest by both parties, the next step is to meet with one of the principals of our M&A team. We will provide you with an in-depth understanding of what it would mean to join Mercer Advisors, while getting to know more about your firm and answering all your questions.
Once we mutually agree we’re a great fit, we’ll work in close communication to make sure the transaction process goes smoothly.

Integrating into Mercer Advisors
Our transition plan will address all areas of your business. Our Integration Team will work with your team to help ensure that the process moves smoothly during the transition period.
Integration will happen in a phased approach with strong collaboration to make sure you, your team, and your clients are comfortable throughout the transition. Our integration timeline typically spans about 12 months, but you set the pace.
